Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of chicken
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of mixed vegetables
1 x 9 inch frozen pie crust
Directions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to pot of water. Bring water to a boil and then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place checked in a boild and shred. This is pretty easy with 2 forks. Once chicken is shredded, drain the can of vegetables and add to the chicken.
Also add the can of chicken soup and combine.
In a 9 inch pie dish add chicken filling and then cover with thawed pie crust. Don't forget to cut the pie crust so steam can escape while cooking.
