Ingredients:
1lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 beef bullion cube (chicken if using turkey)
1 can of mixed vegetables (veg-all)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
6 medium potatoes (or potato flakes)
1 cup of milk (for mashed potatoes)
Directions:
in a skillet brown ground beef and drain. Mix one cup of water and bullion cube, then add to meat and cook until water is evaporated.
Add salt an pepper to taste. Drain the can of vegetables and add to the skillet. Also add the can of mushroom soup and stir to combine.
Bring a separate pot of water to boil. While waiting on the water, peel and cube the potatoes. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes and then drain, add milk, and mash. Or make 4 servings of potato flakes.
In an 8x12 baking dish add beef mixture and then cover with the mashed potatoes. Cook the shepherds pie at 350 degree for 20 minutes.
