SOURCES BELOW.
3PM 20 March 2020: J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois, to announce 'Shelter in Place' order beginning midnight CDT TONIGHT.
WATCH / LISTEN LIVE CENTRAL ILLINOIS PROUD WEBSITE OR 1230 AM WJBC LIVE STREAM.

-National Guard deployments will not be used to enforce people remaining in-place.
-Essentially, this is an ORDER that is NOT ENFORCED BY OFFICIALS for citizens not to travel besides to essential areas.
-Officers will only administer temperature checks at 'checkpoint-like' roadblocks. Once again, it's probably going to be the driver deemed it 'essential' enough to drive on their own accord.
-Live audio stream to be on 1230AM WJBC, and major Chicago outlets. I don't live in Chicago, won't know.

Edit 21 March, 8:25 AM EDT:
-It is called a 'Stay at Home' order to convey the idea to broader audiences.
-The order will go into effect at 5 PM local time today.
-Officers will sometimes find it necessary to direct you to return home if your driving is deemed 'nonessential'.
"This does give law enforcement some control mechanisms if necessary, but at this point we don’t see that being an issue, we’re not going to have ‘checkpoint charlies’ out there and stopping people going down the road, but again we’re advocating compliance so we don’t have issues."

Peoria County Sheriff, Brian Asbell
