and transfer from surfaces and once on our hands can be transferred into our bodies through mouth, nose, eyes. Our face is the entry point.
How to stop touching your face?
1. Wear gloves
2. Wear a mask
3. Sit on your hands and drive yourself crazy
Important is to wash your hands with hot water and soap and give a good long scrub. Up the arms as well.
