Safe Harbor Day.
Given the ongoing legal action and lingering recounts, the “safe harbor” date is critical.
Federal law (3 U.S. Code § 5) frees a state from further challenge if it settles legal disputes and certifies
its results at least six days before the Electoral College meeting, which occurs this year on Dec. 14, 2020.
Whatever final decision that state reached by (Dec. 8th) — that’s conclusive, final and binding.
If things aren’t settled by then, Congress is under no obligation to accept the validity of electoral votes
submitted by states. Instead, the newly-elected Congress will gain legal authority to determine the winner
in any state that has not resolved its election drama by the deadline.
Simply put: Democrats will succeed at stealing the election. Period. It cannot be undone.
A long-shot is the deadline whereby a state can meet to decide to swing the electors to Trump
on the theory that there is no legitimate count, In a state with a Democratic governor,
the question would be whether a Republican legislature could do it without the governor signing it into law.
Democrats are threatening Republicans and their families. Republicans will cave in and support Biden.
Pray for a miracle. Prepare for the worst.
Current battleground results:
Michigan certified Biden the winner.
Georgia certified Biden the winner.
Pennsylvania is expected to certify Biden after Trump lawyers lost in court.
Wisconsin is still in process.
Arizona is expected to certify its election results for Biden on November 30
