Hi everyone,

I am new to homesteading, and I have a store bought Chicken Coop from Tractor Supply Co. and we have 4 chickens and a rooster, 4 eggs everyday since
September. Egg layer food bag $9.00 per month, and I use well water for them to drink. more than enough eggs on hand for the 3 of us. I never raised chickens before
but they are really easy to take care of. I am in the upper peninsula so I heat the coop with a lamp in the winter and free range them in the summer.
