Been following Dr. John Campbell on You Tube daily for over a month now. Some of the best information on the virus out there. The last couple of days he has been reporting on studies concerning this outbreak and people using drugs to reduce the fever. While not a medical person myself I will be following his advice for the duration. Seems using drugs (Asprin, Tylenol, Motrin, Advil, ect) to reduce fever is not a good thing. It appears that it reduces your bodies ability to fight this in the early stages allowing it to get a better hold on your system. His suggestion is to ride out the fever and let it do it's job killing the virus, the hotter you are the better it does it's job (within reason, do keep an eye on it just in case). Rather then blindly taking my advice I very strongly suggest you go watch his videos.
